A new journey begins today. Although I will be walking beside her, the journey is my sister’s, Robin Richardson. In April she was diagnosed with LEUKEMIA. She successfully completed her first round of chemo three weeks ago, but today she goes in for a bone marrow biopsy to determine the next course of treatment. We appreciate your positive thoughts and prayers during this time.
If you are willing to help someone with blood cancer by donating bone marrow, contact the National Bone Marrow Registry. The DNA test is simple–just a cheek swab. Your DNA type will be compiled in the database and accessible to hospitals around the USA. The NBMR will contact you if you’re a match for someone and from there you’ll make a commitment that will change your life and save someone else’s, too.
